PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL SKILLS:

• Currently studying for a degree at a university in Germany
• Excellent attention to detail, you work carefully and precisely
• Proactivity and open-mindedness for new topics and tasks
• Written and spoken English skills
• Proven knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Support the monitoring activities and development of trainings with the supervision of the Compliance Officers
• Support monitoring activities of the region and affiliates, archiving of monitoring results and preparation of the reports
• Perform technical checks of monitoring plan and its content
• Support the Legal and Compliance team in updating and maintaining the self-service SharePoint intranet portal
• Be accountable for data collection for metrics
• Other activities to be determined depending on evolving business need
