PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL SKILLS:
- Currently studying for a degree at a university in Germany
- Excellent attention to detail, you work carefully and precisely
- Proactivity and open-mindedness for new topics and tasks
- Written and spoken English skills
- Proven knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities:
- Support the monitoring activities and development of trainings with the supervision of the Compliance Officers
- Support monitoring activities of the region and affiliates, archiving of monitoring results and preparation of the reports
- Perform technical checks of monitoring plan and its content
- Support the Legal and Compliance team in updating and maintaining the self-service SharePoint intranet portal
- Be accountable for data collection for metrics
- Other activities to be determined depending on evolving business need
