PERSONAL SKILLS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Currently pursuing a degree at a recognized university in Germany
  • Ability to focus on details, ensuring tasks are completed with utmost care and precision.
  • Proactive approach and willingness to embrace new topics and tasks. An open-minded and adaptable attitude facilitates taking on diverse challenges and contributing innovative ideas
  • Expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, allowing efficient creation, management, and presentation of data and information
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
Responsibilities
  • Support the development of policies and procedures with the supervision of the Compliance Officer for policies and procedures
  • Perform technical checks of policy and procedure content
  • Administer the roll out of policies and procedures throughout Daiichi Sankyo Europe, monitor implementation
  • Support the Legal and Compliance team in updating and maintaining the self-service SharePoint intranet portal
  • Be accountable for data collection for metrics
  • Other activities to be determined depending on evolving business need
