Job Purpose/Role As integral part of Allianz Partners, Allianz Warranty is focused on strategic cooperations with automobile manufacturers to offer automotive guaranty products for customers. We are growing at fast pace in all key regions around the world, delivering unique solutions to car buyers in collaboration with the world’s leading car manufacturers. The claims team is responsible for the operative assessment of claims of Allianz Warranty. The team is strongly KPI-driven and very much connected to processes, IT development and customer orientation. The intern would work in operative tasks as well as optimization projects such as IT usability, data management and machine learning. Due to many various projects with the target of transparency improvement as well as efficiency optimization this internship would potential qualify as a good basis for a bachelor/master thesis We currently have a vacancy for a highly motivated full-time intern or part-time workings student (20 hours per week) for a minimum period of 3 months to support our growth as a core component in our Allianz Automotive organization. This position is based in Unterföhring near Munich. Key Responsibilitie Supporting the claims teams with the claims assessment as well as to improve transparency by optimizing and validating the operative reporting as well as KPI Analysing the actual customer needs and deviating measures to increase customer satisfaction Enhancing and optimizing the existing operative reports Reviewing and supporting to optimize internal processes Proactively contributing own ideas or previous knowledge to tasks of the team Supporting in various operative assignments and presentations After an orientation and familiarization period, we trust you to take responsibility on smaller topics Key Requirements/Skills/Experience Student in the field of business economics/excellence, business informatics, or related faculties Strong interest in automotive service and guaranty/warranty issues Good knowledge in data management, process and analysis models Advanced skills in MS Office pro (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Theoretical or basic knowledge and understanding of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau etc.) Good communication skills in English and German Willing to learn about different warranty products within automotive A general automotive technical understanding and/or warranty/guaranty setup is a plus Ability to work independently and link facts, quick learner This internship would potential qualify as a good basis for a bachelor/master thesis 81812 | Underwriting | Student | n.a. | Allianz Partners | Part-Time | Temporary
