Airbus Operations is looking for a
Working Student (M/W/D) in Configuration Management

We are a dynamic and highly motivated international team, with members based across Spain, the UK, Germany, France, and India. Despite being spread out geographically, we are closely connected through regular virtual meetings, collaboration in Google Workspace, and 2-3 in-person workshops each year.
Location: Hamburg
Start: as soon as possible
Duration: 12 months
You will receive a collectively agreed salary of at least €18.17 per hour, depending on the job. There are also special payments such as vacation pay.
Your location
You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Preparing and revising presentations, spreadsheets, and documents
• Supporting the maintenance and improvement of processes
• Organizing and coordinating team activities, such as team booster or team workshops
• Reviewing and updating process-related documents and interfaces.
• Identifying opportunities to optimize recurring tasks and processes

Desired skills and qualifications

• Enrolled full-time student in the area of Engineering, Business Management or an equivalent field of study.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) or Excel is a plus.
• Fluent in English, German is a bonus.
• Basic project management skills are a plus
• Open mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
