  • Enrolled student in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Pharmacy, or related field at a Bachelor or Master level
  • Preferred: completed Bachelor
  • Structured, proactive and detail-oriented working style
  • Confident with MS Office, quickly able to adapt to new digital tools
  • Organized and detail-oriented work style
  • Strong communication skills in German and English

Responsibilities
  • Support contract creation and tracking using internal tools
  • Help organize and prepare internal and external medical events
  • Assist in managing document reviews and approvals (e.g. in Veeva PromoMats)
  • Maintain simple trackers and overviews (e.g. HCPs, congresses, deadlines)
  • Support preparation of PowerPoint slides and materials
  • Assist with meeting preparation and note-taking
  • Help with general document handling and archivingCommunicate and follow up with internal stakeholders as needed
