Hankook Tire Europe GmbH is searching for Working Student - Motorsport Team Assistant (m/w/d)

• Provide organizational support for team members’ business trips, including planning consultations and booking arrangements for flights, rental cars, and accommodations.
• Assist the EU team in processing and validating invoices, ensuring accuracy in amounts, naming conventions, and dates.
• Validate and follow up on pending invoices, liaising with engineers as needed.
• Support the team in managing invoices related to fitting fees, royalties, and commissions, including collection, validation, and forwarding for dealers.
• Communicate with GHQ for follow-ups on invoicing and related matters.
