Job Description Scale with AI & Automation: Develop services and leverage AI-driven workflows to automate manual operational reporting and scale our processes. Deep-Dive Analysis: Use BigQuery (SQL) to navigate complex operational datasets, uncovering the "why" behind inefficiencies. Lead Partner Performance Reviews: Take ownership of regular business reviews. You will present data-driven performance reviews that address service-level gaps and drive the conversation toward concrete improvements. Empower with Data: Create and maintain high-impact dashboards and ad-hoc reports that give Operations Managers the “Intelligence" they need to run hubs. Own your Projects: Take full responsibility for projects, from the initial data pull to the final rollout within the Ops team. Qualifications Analytical Mindset: Currently pursuing a degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics). You are a first-principles thinker who loves uncovering insights within complex datasets. Technical Rigor: Strong foundation in Big Query (SQL) for data extraction and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for analysis, visualization, and automation. Statistical Curiosity: A strong interest in statistical testing methodologies and the ability to interpret results to drive real business impact. Business Acumen: The ability to connect a line of code to a real-world business outcome. You understand that "good data" is data that leads to faster delivery. Serious Communication: You can translate your findings into a compelling narrative, whether you are talking to a Hub Manager or to the C-level. Ownership: You don't just follow a task list; you proactively identify opportunities to improve the status quo.
