Mollie is hiring Working Students to support our Operations teams on a flexible, part-time basis in Maastricht. This is a hybrid support role that offers valuable exposure to compliance operations and customer service, with opportunities for future full-time employment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Complete account screening reviews
• Conduct website verifications
• Ensure adherence to Know Your Customer(KYC)/CDD quality standards
• Provide weekend phone support
• Perform tasks associated with cards and managing online reputation
