Work #LikeABosch Job Description Bosch Romania is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented legal intern to support our legal team covering Romania and Bulgaria. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a wide range of legal areas relevant to a multinational corporation. The intern will work closely with experienced legal professionals and contribute to real-world projects, gaining insights into the legal complexities of a global business. Your Role: Legal Research: Conducting legal research on various topics on Romanian law, as well as relevant EU regulations. Document Management: Assisting with the organization, maintenance, signing and archiving of legal documents, contracts, and case files. Contract Support: Supporting the legal team in drafting, reviewing, and formatting standard legal documents and contracts under supervision. Compliance Assistance: Contributing to compliance initiatives, including internal policy reviews and training material preparation. Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the legal team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, managing correspondence, internal software reporting, database update and document management. Case Preparation Support: Assisting with the preparation of legal arguments and documentation for various legal proceedings or internal investigations. Data Entry and Analysis: Inputting and maintaining legal data in internal systems and assisting with basic data analysis for reporting purposes. Internal Communication: Facilitating internal communication within the legal department and with other departments on legal matters. Drafting legal documents: Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents (e.g., addenda, powers of attorney, contracts, agreements, etc). Qualifications Your Profile: Currently enrolled as a student in a Law degree program (e.g., Bachelor's or Master's) at a Romanian university. Strong academic performance in legal studies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English (German is a plus). High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong ethical conduct and discretion when handling confidential information. Previous experience in a legal environment (e.g., another internship, pro-bono work) is an advantage but not mandatory.
