Your Main Tasks will be support in:

• 3D Modeling & CAD Design: Create and refine 3D models of drone parts and accessories using software such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar.
• 3D Printing & Prototyping: Operate and maintain 3D printers, prepare models for printing, and conduct post-processing.
• First-Series Production: Assist in small-scale manufacturing and quality control of first production series.
• Proof of Concept Development: Test and validate the functionality and performance of prototypes and new designs.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare technical drawings, assembly instructions, and reports.

Your Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, CATIA, or similar).
• Experience with 3D printing technologies (FDM, SLA, SLS) and post-processing techniques.
• Basic knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with drones or model aircraft is an advantage
• Proactivity, flexibility and teamwork ability
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
