Your mission
We are a worldwide gaming loyalty platform operator and publisher. Our purpose is to enable free-to-play mobile game players to get rewarded for their hobby. We launched JustPlay in the US in 2020, and now our product is one of the leading loyalty rewards apps in the world. Our team is based in 19+ countries and our headquarters is in Berlin, Germany.
We are looking for a Working Student to support our People & Culture team. If you are interested in topics such as HR admin tasks, employee experience, and learning more about the dynamic nature of Human Resources in a startup, this is the perfect role for you! Together with our Head of People & Culture, you will be entrusted with various tasks throughout the employee lifecycle and will have the opportunity to make your mark on a wide range of People & Culture projects.

Job responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment (job drafting, interview scheduling, etc.) and serve as first point of contact for candidates for dedicated positions
  • Support with ad hoc administrative tasks, including drafting contracts and preparing HR-related documents (confirmation letters, visa documents, invitations etc.)
  • Contribute to special HR projects, such as performance management reviews and feedback training initiatives
  • Manage and maintain knowledge resources on the JustPlay company intranet
  • Collaborate with the Head of People & Culture and the Support Function team to enhance the employee experience for all JustPlayers

The experience we hope you bring to JustPlay

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Economics, or a related field
  • Ideally you previous experience with ATS tools (we use Personio)
  • You have excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a big plus
  • You are familiar with Google Workspace and various management tools such as Asana and Notion
  • You have a good understanding of how startups function and legal regulations
  • You have demonstrated the ability to work on a highly organized manner and are self-disciplined and reliable, with a strong attention to detail
  • You have an analytical mindset and the ability to support in creating dashboards and tracking important HR related metrics
  • You have a genuine interest in gaining insights into different areas of HR
