Your Role
You are supporting our People Team to drive our operational excellence on all administrative tasks in a truly international company. We are creating a global employee experience for our 180 employees in the US, LATAM, Philippines, Europe and Germany.

Your Impact

  • Support our people experts to ensure a good experience for our employees during their employee lifecycle from onboarding until the offboarding process
  • Learn on how to work with modern HR Technology to support our team to drive the best experience for our employees
  • Supporting the Office Management in Berlin, with e.g. being the first point of contact at the front desk, help to prepare on-site events but also external events such as Summer or Christmas Party
  • Support our Talent Acquisition Practices in Sourcing, Scheduling and Candidate Interactions

Your Skills

  • German and English Skills (very good, C1)
  • Enrolled at a University and have time to work 16-20 hours for at least 6 months
  • Ideally, you gained some first knowledge with HR practices through studies or prior traineeships
  • Attention to detail and comfortable working in an international environment
  • Willingness to work in the office (near Checkpoint Charlie) for 3 days a week
