QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently enrolled in a university program (preferably in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field).
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, performance marketing, and online advertising.
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising platforms is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Basic SQL experience and/or knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of handling multiple tasks at once.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English and German
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the creation, management, and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
  • Support with day-to-day operations such as keyword research
  • Analyse data to provide insights and recommendations on how to improve campaign effectiveness and ROAS.
  • Assist with testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
