YOUR PROFILE

Student (Bachelor or Master) of a quantitative degree, e.g. computer science with excellent grades.
You are seeking a university internship or gap year opportunity for a duration of 6-12 months.
Eagerness to learn and apply technology and solution concepts in process automation.
Willingness to acquire Microsoft Power Platform skills (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
Practical experience in one programming language, e.g. Python, is a plus.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficient in English, German is a plus.
Ability to work in a self-organized environment and eagerness to constantly learn.

YOUR TASKS

As technology experts, we implement our solutions with humans for humans – partnering with fellow IT departments and digital business units is key to our success. Our team consists of highly motivated and experienced automation engineers from various professional backgrounds. Together, we manage Beiersdorf’s automation platforms including Power Platform, ServiceNow Business Apps, Automation Anywhere, and Camunda. We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our dynamic team.

YOUR TASKS:

You create applications and workflows to automate business processes across the Beiersdorf organization, including Research & Development, Supply Chain, and Finance.
You develop AI agents that simplify and accelerate data access using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
You collaborate with internal business partners to determine their requirements, model business processes, and develop automation solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform.
Support Citizen Developers in adopting the Microsoft Power Platform and automating their business processes through self-service.
You contribute to Beiersdorf’s Power Platform community by organizing and participating in hackathons, best practice workshops, governance initiatives, and staying updated on platform innovations.
