Take responsibility: Support the preparation of negotiations by creating professional and structured preparation material Organizational talent: Help plan and coordinate our annual negotiation event Lifelong learning: Support the Procurement Academy by coordinating trainings and developing video learning content Keep the overview: Prepare PowerPoint presentations for management decisions, reports, and training documents Inform your colleagues: Maintain and update the intranet pages to ensure relevant and up-to-date information Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You are a structured and motivated student with a hands-on, proactive approach, eager to contribute to a dynamic procurement environment. Education/Study field: You are currently studying Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field Skills: You have very good knowledge of MS Office and also understanding of project management and organizing events Personality: You are organized, proactive, and enjoy working both independently and in a team Way of working: You demonstrate a solution-oriented and service-minded approach Knowledge: Familiarity with game theory and Camtasia is a plus Language skills: You are business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken Please attach the following documents to your application: CV in English Certificate of enrollment at university Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months) High school report Important information: Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Responsibilities
