To make the best out of your work, we need you to:

• Support us with supplier research, quote requests, and offer comparisons
• Keep our supplier and product data up to date (e.g. SAP)
• Help prepare reports and analyses to support smart purchasing decisions
• Prepare analyses of relevant market trends for different material groups
• Assist in streamlining procurement workflows and spotting improvement opportunities
• Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth procurement operations
• Take ownership of small projects or support strategic sourcing initiatives
• Handle administrative tasks – from order tracking to documentation
• Support the procurement team with contract management and negotiations
• Bring your own ideas to the table and help us shape the future of procurement

You are a good fit if you have:

• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program – ideally in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a similar field
• A structured and reliable working style, even when handling multiple tasks
• Solid skills in Excel and a willingness to learn ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
• Fluent English and solid German skills
• Curiosity about procurement and a hands-on mentality
• A team-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude
