ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you passionate about mobile apps and customer experience? As a Working Student in App Product Development, you will be an essential part of our App Area, contributing to the continuous growth and improvement of our iOS and Android applications. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in app product development while working closely with experienced Product Owners and developers. If you’re eager to analyze customer feedback, improve app quality, and grow into a Junior Product Owner role, this is your chance!

ABOUT YOUR TASKS:

• Monitor and analyze app reviews on the App Store and Play Store, tracking major competitor feedback and creating insightful reports.
• Respond to customer comments, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
• Gather and categorize complaints and bug reports, supporting the definition of tickets for the development team.
• Manage bug complaints via Jira, writing clear and structured tickets for developers.
• Support app translations and content updates across multiple languages using Lokalize.
• If suitable, assist Product Owners with additional product-related tasks.
