Responsibilities
  • Support the creation of enablement materials (e.g., brochures, FAQs, pitch decks) that help sales and partner teams position our products effectively
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to turn product features into compelling and value-bringing narratives
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing by preparing slides and documentation for Product Growth enablement sessions and cross-functional workshops with colleagues from Product, Sales and Marketing
  • Conduct market and partner research to support new vertical and geographic expansion opportunities
  • Help document best practices and structure internal resources that support scalable go-lives for new merchants and partners
