Your challenge The Service Development team at Hubject is responsible for shaping, expanding, and continuously improving the company’s portfolio in EV-Charging related services. As a Working Student (all genders) in Product Management, you will play an important supporting role in enabling the team’s success by helping ensure excellent customer support, maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation, and increasing transparency of product initiatives and progress across the organization. Responsibilities

Support the Service Development team by providing customer guidance and maintaining internal and external product documentation. Assist in establishing team workflows, communicating progress across the organization, and organizing customer feedback for product improvement.
