JOB SUMMARY

As a Working Student in Project Management, you will support our project managers in various tasks related to planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of project management while working alongside experienced professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of project activities
  • Support project managers in tracking project progress and performance
  • Help prepare project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support project decision-making
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions
  • Assist in the coordination of project resources and communication with stakeholders
  • Help maintain project management tools and databases
