WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE:

• Fluent English. German and Chinese is a plus.
• Organization and communication skills. Goal oriented.
• Mastering of document editing tools, preferably in cooperative online environments (e.g. MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc…).
• A university degree in science or engineering (Bsc., Msc. or equivalent). Experience in automotive is a plus.

• Supports Project Management & Business Development teams in operational activities.
• Supports the definition, implementation and deployment of information security and data protection measures.
• Supports PM/BD to prepare, update and release documents and presentations for internal and external purposes.
• Manage supplier contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and other internal administrative processes.
