Job Description

Tasks

• You’ll support the development and optimization of end-customer processes in the Billing & Collection area
• Tasks related to product management, such as planning and backlog handling, are part of your daily business
• You enjoy working with agile teams as well as departments like Consumer Group, Legal, Finance and IT
• You’ll document processes and support the in-life transition, for example by setting up and aligning operational workflows
• You’ll help maintain internal overviews to identify potential improvements and weak spots
• Contributing to the optimization of interfaces between process management and operations is also part of your role

Requirements

• You’re enrolled in a degree program in business administration, media management, business informatics or a comparable field
• Product management topics as well as billing and collection processes are of particular interest to you
• As a team player (m/f/d), you bring strong communication skills and a structured, self-driven working style
• Your technical mindset enables you to collaborate cross-functionally with business and IT teams
• Good English skills and solid knowledge of MS Office round off your profile
