ABOUT YOUR SKILLS

• Current student in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong motivation to learn and interest in Quality Assurance and system testing.
• Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networks.
• Knowledge or understanding of testing tools (e.g., Octane) and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).
• Good German (C1) and English (B1) language skills.
• Team spirit, logical thinking, and problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with scripting languages.
• First practical experience with hardware or software testing.
• Curiosity and initiative to explore new technologies.

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

Join our Quality Assurance team as a Working Student and support the testing of products and projects that are transforming passenger processing. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with systems that keep airports running smoothly - from check-in kiosks to biometric solutions - while working alongside experienced engineers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support project teams with installation and commissioning of systems (check-in kiosks, self-bag drop, secure gates, biometric and payment systems).
• Assist in setting up and administering test systems for projects.
• Help with the creation of test specifications and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Execute and document tests for automated passenger processing applications.
• Log and track issues in a ticketing system.
• Work closely with the development team to support troubleshooting and problem resolution.
