Responsibilities
  • Assist in the strategic and content development of the Global Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Support the development, deployment, and updating of new software and system solutions aligned with the QMS
  • Follow up on the time frame for SOP creation or revision, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Ensure the completion of the document creation/revision process by reminding the content owner when the collaboration period ends
  • Manage the Teams Planner dedicated to SOP creation and revision
  • Create CBD documents in PLM as the process owner of document management
  • Ensure the timely release of created or revised documents
  • Announce the release of new SOPs
  • Upload released SOPs into the Global QMS SharePoint
