Job Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support our Talent Acquisition Operations Manager in Krakow on a fixed-term base (3-9 months). In this role, you will assist with various recruitment tasks and help us attract the best talent for our offices across Europe. With a primary focus on scheduling and facilitating interviews, you'll ensure our candidates have a positive and lasting impression of zooplus. What You'll Do Coordinate and schedule both onsite and virtual interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates, hiring teams, and other stakeholders. Communicate effectively with candidates and internal partners, delivering a high level of service and responsiveness throughout the recruitment process. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity. Provide additional administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including tasks such as documentation maintenance, employer branding activities and shared mailbox management. Qualifications What We're Looking For Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. High level of attention to detail, with strong prioritization and time-management skills.
