Job Description As a Working Student in our Central Sales team, you will support key projects and contribute to data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced international environment. You will gain hands-on experience in project coordination and business analysis, with visibility into how a leading e-commerce company operates at scale. Your Responsibilities: Support project management activities within the Central Sales team, ensuring smooth execution and alignment across teams and markets. Assist in planning, tracking, and follow-up of cross-functional projects, driving accountability and timely delivery. Conduct data analysis using Excel and SQL to generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Perform market benchmarking and evaluate business performance across countries, categories, and sales channels. Prepare clear and impactful presentations and reports to communicate project progress and insights to stakeholders. Gain hands-on exposure to how a leading e-commerce company operates at scale, learning directly from cross-market and cross-category initiatives. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Available to work 20 hours per week for 6 months in a hybrid setup. Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented—you enjoy keeping projects on track. Strong communication skills and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams. Business-fluent in English; German is a plus.
