QUALIFICATIONS THAT INSPIRE US

  • Currently pursuing studies in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields
  • Strong interest in sales and energy industry topics with good understanding of sales metrics, business KPIs, and market research
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, VBA is a plus)
  • Skilled in PowerPoint and familiar with creating impactful presentations
  • Experience with Power BI dashboard and visualization tools
  • Familiarity with AI-powered business tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, or similar) to enhance productivity, summarize data, and assist with content generation
  • Competent in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills
  • Effective communicator across regions with a proactive and hands-on mindset
  • Capable of working independently, managing tasks with minimal supervision, and eager to contribute to a dynamic global team
  • Very good command of German and English

Responsibilities
  • Create onboarding guides and easy reference materials for new joiners
  • Maintain shared knowledge resources (playbooks, FAQs, how-to videos)
  • Review and update internal sales and process documents
  • Support maintaining version control and organize documentation libraries
  • Perform CRM data quality checks (duplicates, missing fields, pipeline hygiene)
  • Follow up with regional teams for updates and lead progression
  • Assist in creating and maintaining sales dashboards (Power BI, Excel)
  • Support with forecasting and pipeline analysis
  • Create business reports in PowerPoint and Power BI
  • Automate recurring reports where possible (using Excel macros or Power BI templates)
  • Streamline manual workflows through VBA, Power Automate, or scripts
  • Support virtual workshops or coordination calls (e.g. agendas, minutes)
  • Track follow-ups and action items from global meetings
  • Conduct market analysis and compile insights for new opportunities and market players
  • Summarize trends in regional demand or customer behavior
  • Adapt sales and marketing slide decks for specific markets or audiences
