Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team: You will support the Sample Order Expert in the pre-order phase ( with forecast updates, clarification of technical content, etc.). You will offer support by receiving and processing sample orders from the customer system/Project Manager. You will be able to confirm the technical definition with the SOE/ Project Manager. You will be ensuring that the customer requirement of each order is transmitted to the Plant. You will inform the SOE/Project Manager about planned delivery dates. You will offer support with updates/distributions of the sample delivery plan internally after each meeting with the Project Manager. You will offer support with ensuring and following internal communication with the Plant.
