  • Advanced studies in International Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or similar. Also studies with focus on Learning or HR welcome
  • Enrolled during the whole employment period
  • Previous work experience (incl. internships) in relevant companies
  • Interested in and knowledge about Supply Chain and Innovation Management
  • Interested in and basic knowledge about learning tools and content development (e-learnings, videos, …)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools esp. PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams
  • Highly motivated individual with high learning agility who would like to pursue a Supply Chain or HR professional career path
  • Strong people soft skills and high maturity level on engaging with key business stakeholdersExcellent English communication in both oral and written

Responsibilities

An inspiring and cooperative environment awaits you with interesting topics from two worlds: Project management in Supply Chain Innovation and Knowledge Management/Learning for the Supply Chain Innovation Project Leader Community. You will be working in an international, cross-functional team with exciting interfaces to Supply Chain and Innovation Management. Typical tasks include:

  • Support in the execution and steering of Innovation Projects within Supply Chain and content creation for our functional development areas
  • Analysis, documentation and optimization of Supply Chain processes and Master Data in SAP for Innovation Projects
  • X-functional work with different functions in Supply Chain, Marketing, Research & Development, Controlling and others to bring our innovation into the markets
  • Create and maintain Learning Hub/Global Onboarding pages in Microsoft SharePoint within Supply Chain Innovation
  • Administrate learning content in our Learning Platforms
  • Support in organizing our Supply Chain Project Leader Academy
