Are you ready to dive into the world of Communication and knowledge management? In KWS Berlin we are looking for a Working Student Service & Communication Management (m/f/d) for our Global Business Operations (GBO) at KWS Berlin GmbH. In this role, you are going to have a hands-on chance to explore how internal support works in a global organization. This opportunity is for a 12-months contract, 20 hours per week, and hybrid (40% home office).

Responsibilities
  • Support Communication Services – Assist in drafting, formatting, and distributing internal communication, including preparing messages, visuals, or content for team updates and events, that drive change and keep our teams informed and engaged.
  • Keep our Knowledge Base fresh and useful – Help review, format, and update articles in close collaboration with our internal experts.
  • Prepare internal training invites – From training invites to info sessions and team get-togethers, you will prepare communications, manage sign-ups, and handle follow-ups.
  • Keep things organized – Support our team with documentation, timelines, and reporting. You will help us track trends and make our internal services better every day.
  • Assist the Leadership Team – Provide organizational support to the Service & Contact Management Leadership.
