Do you love social media, trends, and storytelling? At Shift Management, we’re looking for a creative student to bring our brand Riise to life on Instagram and beyond. From shooting Reels to experimenting with UGC for ads, you’ll create the content that drives our community and mission forward.

LOCATION

Berlin-Friedrichshain, 7’ walk from Ostkreuz S-Bahn station, 10’ walk from Warschauer Strasse S-bahn/U-Bahn
Working hours/days - Flexible, 20 hours per week

The Role:
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media and Content Creator to create trend-driven, engaging and innovative content across Instagram organic & paid, in english & in German. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content (Reels, UGCs, stories) and supporting our social media strategy together with the founding team and other PoCs (video editor, influencers, etc.). You will be responsible for content at Shift. Every week, the goal is to create content for organic and paid that will engage and grow our community around our brands.
Who you are:
· Social media proficiency and endless scrolling: you understand content, you like content. One of the job where you can scroll on the job.
· Storytelling: we believe in the power of telling stories, you will be our main storytellers
· You already create content yourself (for fun or for others) and feel comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.

· Write & tell stories: riise lives through your content and your storytelling
· Define our content strategy, alongside our CEO
· Plan, film, and edit videos independently
· Be creative and bringing new ideas to life
