Aufgaben
We are seeking a highly motivated Working Student with a background or degree in marketing or a related field (including those currently completing their studies) to join our team and gain hands-on experience in strategic and operational business functions. In this role, you will be crucial in supporting our and our clients’ B2B business growth and personal branding initiatives. Your affinity for social media, AI, digital tools, and business development will play a key role in enhancing both our and our clients’ digital presence and business growth. You will work directly with our Co-CEOs, contributing to key marketing and customer success projects.
Your Responsibilities

Client Support & Service Delivery

• Assist in providing high-quality AI-driven services to our B2B customers. Work with the team to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success, including contributing ideas for LinkedIn strategies.
• Research and analyze current social media trends to develop innovative and strategic posting plans.

Strategic Support

• Collaborate closely with our Co-CEOs and assist with various operational tasks and projects, gaining comprehensive insight into company management.

Qualifikation

Your Talent & Profile

• You are enrolled in or have recently completed a degree program in marketing or a related field at a university (preferably in Germany).
• You are eager to gain hands-on experience in strategic and operational business functions within a dynamic, tech-driven startup environment.
• You are passionate about social media, AI, and digital tools, with initial experience using platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram for B2B business development and personal branding.
• You possess strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• You are self-driven, motivated, and ready to contribute actively to key projects, from social media strategy to supporting client onboarding and customer success.
• You communicate fluently in both German and English, both written and spoken, enabling you to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Your written communication is clear, precise, and tailored to the audience.
• You have a hands-on mindset, enjoy problem-solving, and are eager to tackle challenges while delivering results. At the same time, you value structure, ensuring your work is well-documented and aligned with team goals.
