You will actively contribute to the optimization and standardization of warehouse processes and gain hands-on experience in international system rollouts. We offer flexible working hours that fit perfectly with your studies, as well as the option for mobile working. During your assignment you will analyze and document existing warehouse and shopfloor processes within Bosch logistics operations, e.g. distribution warehouses. Furthermore you will define and standardize target processes in the Bosch in-house Warehouse Management System (BOWAS). You will support system rollouts nationally as well as internationally, directly on the shopfloor and acting as the primary contact for operational teams during Go-Live phases. Providing hands-on assistance, troubleshooting and process guidance to users during daily operations after system deployment belongs to your area of ​​responsibility. Lastly you will coordinate closely with operations, IT and key stakeholders to ensure stable system usage and continuous process improvement. Qualifications Education: Master’s student in the field of logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering or comparable Experience and Knowledge: advanced MS Office skills; first practical experience in logistics with warehouse management systems (WMS); sound knowledge of process design tools such as Signavio, Miro or comparable solutions. Personality and Working Practice: you are strongly interested in warehouse processes, production workflows, and IT-supported logistics systems, communicate openly, and work closely with the operational teams in production Work Routine: hybrid working model combining office presence and mobile working; openness to occasional business travel is expected Languages: fluent in English and German Additional Information Start: according to prior agreement Duration: 6 months – 15 h/week (extension possible) Requirement for this working student position is the enrollment at university.
