Job Description Start date: 01.08.2026 Duration: 12 – 24 Months Working hours: 20 h/week, up to 37,5h/week during lecture free period possible You are part of an international and experienced team with a high degree of personal responsibility and independence in a friendly, highly dynamic and proactive environment We actively support you in your professional development and promote your potential through collegial coaching and advice We offer you flexible work solutions, employee discounts in our wholesale stores as well as an attractive compensation package You will work in teams in an international environment to reach short and long term performance goals and will be involved in the supply planning process for internationally-sourced products You will support us in phasing in/out of products and managing supplier changes and calculation of the supply plan, order placement follow-up Communication with Regional Distribution centers and international business partners will be one of your responsibilities as well as preparing stock and order related analyses and reports (e.g. stock snapshot) You will support the achievement of efficient stock levels, preventing shortages, slow moving and obsolete stocks by actively involving customers and suppliers Qualifications You are an enrolled student in Bachelor-/Master-Studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, or Economics related studies Good MS Excel skills Strong teamwork and communication skills Open-mindedness, enthusiasm, willingness to get involved, flexibility and a can-do attitude Strong analytical and strategic competencies Good English communication skills (corporate language is English) Additional Information What We Offer Work-life balance: Flexible working hours - up to 20 working hours/week - with the option of mobile working in agreement with your line manager, prorated holidays earned based on your contract and working time. Responsibilities
Support the supply planning process for internationally sourced products, including order placement and supplier management. Prepare stock-related analyses and reports to maintain efficient stock levels and prevent shortages.
