In our team, you will dive deep into the world of agile processes and support us in successfully bringing complex projects to fruition. During your assignment you will meticulously prepare the Defect Control Board and ensure that all relevant information is available for well-founded decisions. The organization and preparation of our PI Plannings, including room coordination, will be in your hands, ensuring a smooth process. You will independently perform ALM queries and update dashboards to always provide a transparent overview of the project status. Furthermore, you will proactively track outstanding updates and deliverables to continuously drive the progress of our projects. Qualifications Education: studies in a technical or business-related field Experience and Knowledge: initial experience or interest in agile project management and change management; confident use of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Outlook); experience or willingness to familiarize yourself with Miro Personality and Working Practice: you excel at structuring tasks meticulously, analyzing goals carefully, working independently, flexibly adapting, and seeking long-term commitment Languages: fluent in German and very good in English Additional Information Start: according to prior agreement Duration: 6 - 12 months – 10 h/week (extension possible) Requirement for this working student position is the enrollment at university.
