Are you interested in working with exceptional people in a high-performing team environment with some of the world’s largest financial institutions, businesses, and governments to help solve and address some of society’s most complex sustainability and climate-related impacts, risks, and opportunities?
We are Guidehouse, a leading multinational and multi-disciplinary consulting firm serving commercial clients and the public sector with specialized capabilities in strategy, technology, and risk management. We offer an exciting, fast-paced environment that fosters intellectual growth and rewards individuals based on impact, not tenure. We focus on markets facing transformational change, technology-driven innovation, and significant regulatory pressure. Our team develops and deploys world-class knowledge and problem-solving that leads to breakthrough solutions.

We apply and advise on leading frameworks such as Science-Based and Net-Zero Targets, Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, and Taskforce on Climate- and Nature-related Financial Disclosures, and we create innovative and impactful solutions with our clients.
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Working Student to work side-by-side with our consultants on different projects in the field of sustainable finance, including the Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials (PCAF). Guidehouse serves as the Global Secretariat for PCAF – an industry-led partnership that enables financial institutions to measure and disclose the emissions associated with their financial activities . PCAF developed the Global GHG Accounting and Reporting Standard for the Financial Industry and drives its implementation through regional and national collaborations. As part of the PCAF team, you will contribute to a range of tasks. These may include, but are not limited to:
