Our Talent Acquisition Excellence team is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic working student to support us in a global project. You’ll play a supportive role in the areas of Training and Enablement. Focus on the future: Supporting Training & Enablement with the creation and preparation of training materials, content creation and customization (Design and creation of guides, presentations, manuals, FAQ`s for end-users and stakeholder) Teamwork is dreamwork: Contributing your own ideas on enablement Take responsibility: Assisting in the creation of e-learning modules, quizzes or short interactive knowledge assessments. Keep the overview: Helping with the setup of trainings webinars or virtual learning sessions Stakeholder management: Assisting in coordination with trainers and participants to ensure that schedules match, resources are ready and attendance is tracked Reliable work: Maintaining and up-to-date training library and assisting in the development of FAQ’s based on questions raised during training sessions Identify needs: Managing post-event feedback collection and documentation and administrative support Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed This is your opportunity to gain deep insights into the inner workings of a global organization, actively contribute to impactful projects, and develop your skills alongside an experienced and supportive team. Study field: You are currently studying Business Administration, Business Psychology, Economics or a related field of study Skills: You bring a collaborative spirit, good communication skill, customer orientation and an affinity for technical training topics and data management Way of working: You are characterized by your process-oriented and structured working style. You have an integrative and discreet way of working when dealing with sensitive data and set a high-quality standard for your own work Experience: You are experienced in working with the common MS Office program Language skills: You bring very good English and German skills Availability: This position can be based in Munich or Regensburg Please attach the following documents to your application: CV in English Certificate of enrollment at university Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months) High school report Important information: Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
