We’re looking for a Working Student - Talent Acquisition who enjoys working with people, has a sharp eye for detail, and is passionate about providing an exceptional candidate experience. If you are a 3rd-year Bachelor or Master student interested in Talent Acquisition and HR, this is a great opportunity to learn and grow by partnering with the rest of our HR department.
In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Skills and experience:

  • 3rd-year Bachelor or Master student
  • Affinity with HR/Talent Acquisition is a plus

Responsibilities

THE ROLE INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Create and publish job profiles; distribute them on social media channels, relevant job boards, and through our talent acquisition partners
  • Schedule phone interviews, candidate assessments, and provide feedback to candidates
  • Take ownership of the candidate journey by working closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates for future opportunities
  • Conduct reference checks and other pre-employment screenings
  • Ensure candidates have an excellent experience throughout the entire talent acquisition process

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:
