• Support the People team with all employee related tasks
• Schedule company travel and accommodation for business travels
• Take care of all incoming and outgoing packages
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of office supplies and equipment and place orders for office supplies and ensure timely replenishment
• Keep the office organised and presentable for both employees and visitors
• Assist with organising events
