Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Thorough planning: You draft, create and revise style guides for both text and diagrams Data is everything: You support in researching content for technical documentation by gathering information Identify needs: You assist in handling governance requests Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Study Field: You are currently studying communication science, technical marketing or documentation, journalism or similar Work Experience: You have experience with professional authoring tools and diagramming tools (ideally Microsoft Visio) Skills: You bring good knowledge in tagging languages (ideally DITA XML), show great interest in terminology work, creating style guides and AI applications Personality: You work independently with a structured style and have strong social and communication skills Language skills: You have fluent English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus Please attach the following documents to your application: CV in English Certificate of enrollment at university Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months) High school report Important information: Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week. Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme.
