When something breaks - a firewall, an integration mismatch, a regression - documentation stops. Responsibilities

Manage technical support cases end-to-end by reproducing and isolating faults across applications, networks, and integrations. Monitor system health and contribute to root-cause documentation and runbooks to prevent recurring issues.
