You’re an investigator and user advocate. You want to get to the bottom of what really drives and influences the customer experience and how best to implement that. As a UX working student, you’ll get the opportunity to do just that, and more. You’ll work closely with other members of our Research Team, Designers and Product Owners in an environment that fosters growth and creativity. The DKB has more than 4 million customers, who will benefit from the platform and applications built with your research in mind.
At the DKB Code Factory, we make sure we “design the right thing before designing the thing right”. To reach this goal, we are looking for a Working Student to support creating new finance products starting in the early phases. It’s a challenging, hands-on role with the ability to directly shape the product and take responsibility for its development. The perfect match is a strategic-minded team player who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, ready to take impactful initiatives.
If you want to help mold the entire user experience for one of Germany’s largest direct banks, or you just have an affinity for FinTech, let’s chat!
