Job Description Join our Global IT Support Team and play a key role in delivering exceptional IT support to StepStone employees across our international offices, with a primary focus on the DACH region. Working within the Global Support Team, within the Corporate IT department, you will be working on the onboarding and offboarding process, resolving technical issues, managing IT requests, and ensuring seamless technology experiences that empower our workforce. You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody. Your responsibilities You will support our employees in the onboarding and offboarding process by ensuring that all IT resources are provided and correctly set up. You provide IT support through the IT Service Desk, ensuring adherence to SLA's and KPI's. You install and manage client systems, maintain asset management, and ensure that all devices are always up to date. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues across various platforms and operating systems. Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. You assist in training and advising employees on IT systems so they can work efficiently and without problems. Participate in IT projects and process optimisation, to continuously improve our internal workflows. Collaborate with the Global Support Team and the Corporate IT Service Teams for third-line escalation and project work. Qualifications You are a full-time student enrolled at a state-recognized EU university, ideally with an IT focus. Availability for 20 Stunden per week, ideally for at least 12 months Excellent communication skills in both English and German. Other languages a bonus. Initial experience with computers (Windows and ideally Mac OS) and hardware will optimally prepare you for this position. A high level of commitment, learning ability, and communication skills characterize you. You enjoy solving technical problems and helping employees with IT questions. Additional nice-to-have (not mandatory): Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration. Understanding of ITIL principles or IT service management best practices. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
