We are a growing in-home care agency dedicated to supporting individuals and families across Pennsylvania with high-quality, compassionate services. We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Working Supervisor to lead our in-home care program. This person will be a “working leader” – ready to step in wherever needed to ensure the smooth operation of the program and the success of our team.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Working Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the in-home care program, including supervising staff, recruiting clients and caregivers, and maintaining strong relationships with community partners. This role requires a strong understanding of Pennsylvania Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), a collaborative spirit, and the ability to balance administrative oversight with active participation in daily operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in in-home care, home health, or human services required.
  • Knowledge of Pennsylvania LTSS services and regulatory environment.
  • Strong supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Established relationships with community organizations, providers, and referral sources preferred.
  • Ability to balance administrative tasks with hands-on responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the in-home care program, ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania LTSS requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and support direct care workers and aides.
  • Actively recruit clients and build positive relationships with families, referral sources, and community organizations.
  • Step in as needed to provide support in caregiving, scheduling, or administrative functions.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with providers, case managers, and community leaders.
  • Prepare and deliver reports to management on program performance, staffing, and client growth.
  • Ensure all documentation and records meet regulatory and company standards.
  • Foster a supportive, team-oriented work environment.
