Job Title: Working Supervisor / Manager - Industrial Cleaning Sector
Location: Belfast BT14 7BT
Salary: £33,000 – £35,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Full-Time (flexibility required)

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on supervisory role, working closely with the Industrial Cleaning Service team and supporting senior managers to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of cleaning contracts. You’ll be responsible for leading a team, managing schedules, maintaining quality standards, and acting as the key contact on operational matters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily operations and support the delivery of industrial cleaning services.
  • Supervise and motivate teams to achieve high performance and service standards.
  • Conduct site visits, quality checks, and audits to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Assist with training, onboarding, and ongoing development of staff.
  • Liaise with clients and address any issues or feedback in a professional manner.
  • Manage stock levels, equipment, and PPE across sites.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Support workforce planning.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management.
