JOB ADVERTISEMENT: WORKING SUPERVISOR (PIPE FITTING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

Multi-Trades Recruitment is seeking an experienced Working Supervisor with a strong background in pipe fitting for a long-term role. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to lead a team while remaining hands-on with the work.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pipe fitting.
• Previous experience as a working supervisor.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• CSCS card (or equivalent).
• Additional qualifications in pipe fitting or supervision (desirable).

• Supervising and working alongside a team of pipe fitters.
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines.
• Conducting quality checks and resolving on-site issues.
• Liaising with project managers and other trades.
• Maintaining health and safety standards.
