YOUR SKILLS

  • You are proficient with BSS applications, API, and web interfaces.
  • First experiences with Atlassian products, i.e. Jira/Confluence is preferable.
  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme
  • You are familiar with the incident and problem management (e.g., according to ITIL)
  • You are good at finding small errors and irregularities in text, code, or digits.
  • You bring first experiences with a ticketing system or customer support in general.
  • You have a Hands-On mentality, and you are team-oriented.
  • You have experience with programming languages to create scripts if needed (e.g., Bash, PHP, Python, Perl, SQL, etc.)
  • You have good skills in MS Excel.
