PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Workplace Analyst is part of C&W’s Total Workplace Research and Innovation team, supporting the Client Delivery Team. This role plays a key part in executing client engagements by delivering high-quality analysis, coordinating project milestones, and contributing to final deliverables. The analyst will work across a range of quantitative and qualitative research efforts—including survey design and execution, data analysis, and visualization—to generate insights that inform workplace and real estate strategy.
This role supports clients across industries such as finance, technology, healthcare, and professional services. Typical projects may include evaluating employee experience, measuring the impact of hybrid work models, analyzing workplace performance, and supporting organizational change efforts. The analyst will help translate complex data into actionable recommendations that drive strategic decisions for clients.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and communication skills, a curiosity for data and research, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The compensation for the position is: $72,250.00 - $85,000.00
