Job Description Role Overview Responsible for the implementation, operation, and continuous optimization of the Microsoft 365 based Digital Workplace collaboration platform. The role focuses on delivering secure, stable, and user‑centric collaboration services and actively supports the adoption and evolution of modern workplace technologies. Key Responsibilities: Microsoft 365 Platform Operations Implement, operate, and continuously improve Microsoft 365 collaboration and communication services, with focus on Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business. Plan, provision, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 workloads to ensure a secure, stable, and high-performing environment. Operate and optimize the Microsoft 365 tenant, including updates, feature rollouts, configuration changes, and service improvements. Technical Expertise & Service Ownership Act as a subject matter expert for Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive, including configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Design, enhance, and maintain modern workplace and Microsoft Cloud solutions aligned with enterprise standards and business requirements. Analyze business needs and translate them into scalable, supportable Microsoft 365 solutions. Automation & Innovation Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot PowerShell and Microsoft Graph scripts for automation, reporting, and operational efficiency. Monitor the Microsoft 365 roadmap; evaluate, test, and introduce new features and capabilities. Contribute to the continuous evolution and optimization of the collaboration platform. Support & Collaboration Provide international 2nd and 3rd level support for messaging, collaboration, and productivity services. Collaborate with Regional Business IT, Adoption, Change, and other technical teams to drive effective usage and adoption. Governance & Documentation Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures. Promote and enforce best practices, governance models, and technical standards across Microsoft 365 services. Qualifications Education & Experience Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. +3 years of experience in Digital Workplace and Microsoft 365 environments. Microsoft 365 Expertise Proven experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions, with a strong focus on delivering an excellent end-user experience. Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams (including Teams Phone), SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Copilot. Experience with Microsoft 365 governance, administration, and lifecycle management, including security, compliance, and data protection. Technical & Analytical Skills Hands-on experience with, or a strong understanding of, migration scenarios (e.g., file shares or legacy platforms to SharePoint Online, OneDrive, or Microsoft Teams). Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and supportable solutions. Working Style & Collaboration Self-driven and well-organized, with a strong customer- and service-oriented mindset. Experience working in international, fast-paced environments with diverse stakeholders. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Languages & Mindset Fluent in English (spoken and written).
