Job Description As Workplace Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering a premium corporate workplace experience while ensuring the office environment is professional, organised and welcoming at all times. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and guests, support internal teams with day-to-day operations, and contribute to the smooth running of facilities and administrative processes. In this key role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks which include: Warmly welcome clients, guests and staff, ensuring a seamless arrival experience Manage incoming calls and handle enquiries professionally Coordinate meeting room bookings, set-ups and presentation standards Maintain front of house, boardrooms and staff areas to the highest standard Oversee kitchen amenities and daily coffee machine maintenance Liaise with cleaners, building management and suppliers Manage mail, couriers, deliveries and stationery supplies Process invoices and manage the office administration inbox Support onboarding and offboarding processes Assist with the coordination of corporate events Maintain accurate registers for access cards and lockers Ensure brand presentation and compliance across the workplace Qualifications To meet the requirements of this busy role, you have experience in a similar role and bring the following skills: Minimum 2 years’ experience in front of house or corporate client service roles Strong experience delivering a premium office or workplace experience Confidence managing meeting room technology and IT systems Exceptional communication skills (in person and over the phone) A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Ability to remain calm and composed in a busy environment Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Professional presentation and relationship-building capability Additional Information We foster an environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work.
